I sent a message on the web site of Computer Medic on Call and Ronald called me quickly and confirmed that the hard drive would need to be replaced. I ran the computer up to him and he had it ready the next day so I could get it set up for my parents before I left to head home to the West Coast of Florida. A couple of days later my Mom was having issues  with her computer monitor that I couldn’t help them fix over the phone.  I contacted Ronald and he went over to visit my parents and rectified their issue.  He even texted me an update on the details of his visit.  AMAZING customer service.
